No one-size-fits-all approach here: we tailor your coaching experience to YOU and your unique starting point, preferences and lifestyle factors to make sure your nutrition journey aligns with both your short term and long-term goals.
No matter which coaching program you choose, all coaching clients will receive:
- Personalized nutrition and habit plan with adjustments as needed
- Weekly check-ins for on-going accountability and communication
- Options for macro-based nutrition or macro-free nutrition
- Food journal assessment and advice on meals, food choices, and portion sizes
- Mindset support to help you navigate challenges
- Options to add Zoom calls or in-person check-ins with your coach for an additional fee
We also have an option for a one-time Nutrition Strategy session for anyone looking for one-time advice and guidance without on-going accountability and communication. During this session we will review your current habits, answer any questions you have, and provide you with actionable steps based on your goals. This option is best for those fairly knowledgeable and consistent with nutrition basics. If you decide you want to explore coaching after some trial and error on your own, we can apply a credit to the coaching service of your choice!
